ThermaCare® are therapeutic Thermal Bands, designed to relieve muscle and joint pain associated with: Fatigue and muscle tension Excessive effort, strains and sprains Arthritis ThermaCare® is made up of a band of soft and comfortable material, with thermal cells that contain natural ingredients (iron, charcoal, salt and water), which heat up when in contact with oxygen in the air. ThermaCare® is available in two presentations, for greater comfort: For Pain in the Lumbar and Hip Region For Pain in the Neck, Shoulders and Wrists

Do not open the sachet if you are not using ThermaCare®. ThermaCare® may take up to 30 minutes to reach the desired therapeutic temperature. Peel the paper from one of the edges to expose the adhesive side. Place the part of the band containing the thermal cells over the area to be treated and press the adhesive part firmly onto the skin. Peel the paper from the other adhesive edge and press firmly onto the skin. For greater effectiveness, it is recommended that you use ThermaCare® for 8 hours.
