The Tandem TruSteel is an infusion set designed for the subcutaneous administration of insulin through compatible Tandem insulin pumps. It has a fine 29G stainless steel needle, 6 mm long and applied at 90°. Additional adhesive attachment provides added security and helps reduce the risk of needle dislodgement during daily activities.

The system has a t:lock connector, which allows a secure connection to the pump and facilitates the tube filling process. The 60 cm tube provides flexibility in pump placement.
