The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 10 g of lactitol contained in a stick. The psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fast is useful for: - promote the regularity of intestinal transit; - promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora. 1 stick of Psyllogel Fast powder provides 10 g of lactitol and 3.6 g of 99% pure psyllium fibre.
