Eyelid warming should be performed twice a day. Eyelid warming is only effective if a warm, humid environment is maintained at a constant temperature of around 45 degrees for a period of 5–7 minutes. The POSIFORLID® eye mask is a self-heating mask that meets these requirements excellently and can be used approximately 90 times.
