The wire must remain visible after insertion. Wash the hands. EASY TO REMOVE: 1. Wash your hands. Pull the removal wire. 2. If the plug is difficult to remove, it is probably not yet saturated. In this case, you should consider using a tampon with lower absorbency next time. 3. If you can't find the removal thread, get into a squatting position, press down and grab the plug with two fingers. 4. If you are unable to remove the tampon yourself, contact a gynecologist.
