From 3 years old. TO USE AT OCCASIONAL MOMENTS: Intensive maintenance program. Take 1 single dose per day at breakfast for 2 weeks per month, leaving a week of rest between doses. FOR LONG TERM USE: Monthly maintenance program. Take 1 single dose per day at breakfast for 1 week per month. Instructions for use Pressing hard on the lid with both thumbs. When you hear 2 “clicks”, the contents in the lid fall into the solution. If you prefer, you can place the single dose on a flat surface and press the lid firmly with the palm of your hand. Shake vigorously, open the single dose and drink its contents. When pressing the lid, its contents fall into the solution, causing a light cloud of dust, which guarantees the airtightness of the bottles.
