Chronobiane IMMÉDIAT: Recommended from 12 years of age.

1 to 2 sprays (0.5 mg of melatonin per spray) 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime and/or upon awakening at night.

Melatonin 1mg and Hawthorn Extract 9.8mg. (Water, stabilizer: glycerin, alcohol, Crataegos monogyna hawthorn extract (flowering dampness), melatonin, preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, acidity regulator: citric acid.)
