Irigaston Nasal/Sinus Wash Set

Irigaston Set is a medical device intended for preparing a solution for nasal and sinus washing. The set consists of a malleable bottle with an ergonomic applicator and 12 sachets of salt.

Indications: Acute or chronic sinusitis; rhinitis during an infection or allergy; before and after nasal or sinus surgery; after exposure to high concentrations of dust in the air; prophylactically to maintain adequate nasal and sinus hygiene. Irigaston allows the preparation of either isotonic or hypertonic solutions, depending on the user's needs.

Special warnings and recommended precautions: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to sodium chloride. If the symptoms accompanying rhinitis or sinusitis worsen, consult a doctor. Do not use if the nose is completely blocked, preventing the solution from coming out. Do not use if you have an infection or feel a blockage in your ears. If you have undergone ear surgery, consult your doctor before use. After finishing irrigation, there may be a slight leakage of residual solution from the nose when tilted. Use no more than one hour before bed. Do not lie down for an hour immediately after irrigation to avoid remaining solution entering the ear.
