SmectaGo has Diosmectite as its main component, a natural clay that helps stop and treat diarrhea and relieve abdominal pain. It consists of a ready-to-drink suspension, indicated for the treatment of acute diarrhea in adults and children over 8 years of age.

- Children (8 to 15 years old). start with 2 sachets, followed by 1 sachet after each loose stool, up to 4 sachets per day. An Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS) should also be taken to replace fluids lost due to diarrhea and prevent dehydration; - Children over 15 years and adults: start with 2 sachets, followed by 1 sachet after each loose stool, up to 6 sachets per day;
