We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Portugal. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your country and the total weight of your order, so you always see the exact cost before you pay.

The final cost depends on the weight of your parcel and is shown at checkout before payment.
Overweight and protocol products. Baby and children's milk, baby and adult diapers and other items flagged by our team ship under separate rates: European Union from 21,00 €, selected countries from 31,00 €, Rest of the World from 32,00 €. The exact cost is shown at checkout.
Delivery times
We dispatch once your payment is confirmed and every item in your order is in stock. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
DHL Express
- Europe: 2 to 3 working days
- Rest of the world: 3 to 8 working days
Fully tracked · Track your DHL parcel
- Deliveries take place on weekdays between 9am and 6pm. Someone must be at the address to sign for the parcel; carriers do not schedule or call ahead.
- Delivery times are estimates and can vary with destination, carrier performance and time of year. Delays do not entitle you to compensation.
- A delivery is complete once the parcel is signed for at the address you provided, so please double-check it before placing your order.
Customs and duties
Prices include duties in these countries. For Canada, Israel, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom, the prices you see already include the applicable customs duties and import taxes. No additional charges will be requested when your order arrives.
For all other deliveries outside the European Union, the carrier may contact you to collect customs duties and import taxes before handing over your parcel. These charges are set by your country and are not included in our prices.
Middle East surcharge. Due to the current global situation, some Middle Eastern countries are temporarily classed as risk zones and DHL applies an additional 30 € on these shipments.
Restricted products
Aerosols and flammable products cannot travel by air, so they ship within the European Union only, by DPD Standard (road). They are not available for DHL Express or for any destination outside the EU.
