Shipping and Delivery
We know how important it is to receive your order on the expected date. For this reason, we make an effort to work with logistics and transport companies that provide a fast, safe and high-value service.
Shipping and Delivery
- Products ordered from HEALTSY will be shipped and delivered on weekdays, Monday through Friday.
- We can only guarantee the good delivery of an order if the shipping address is well indicated by the "User".
- A delivery is considered made or a product is considered delivered with signing the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
Shipping costs
- Shipping costs associated with your order will be invoiced per order, that is, if you order more than one item, you will pay only once the shipping costs.
- Shipping costs depend on the destination country, the total weight of the products ordered and the chosen carrier
Delivery times
After your order is registered, the respective payment is confirmed and all the items in your order are available, “HEALTSY” commits itself to proceed with the shipment observing the following delivery terms:
DHL Express:
- Europe: 2 to 3 working days.
- Rest of the world: 3 to 8 working days.
- Note: This carrier allows full tracking of the order
CTT :
- Europe: up to 5 working days.
- Rest of the world: up to 15 working days.
- Notes:
- Deliveries are made from 9am to 6pm on weekdays. Someone must be at the address indicated to receive the order. This service does not include scheduling or booking options, meaning delivery of the order will be made without prior contact from the carrier.
- With this carrier there is no possibility of tracking
Delivery times may change depending on the time of year. The dates shown are merely indicative. Any delay in the dispatch of items, given the estimated dates presented, which are merely indicative, does not entitle the Customer to any compensation.
