Product Returns

If for any reason the order does not meet your expectations, you have the legally established right to terminate the contract within 14 days. To do this, you must deliver the products to our facilities. 


The free resolution period expires after 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer. To exercise your right to freely terminate the contract, you must contact us via email at info@healtsy.com . Under no circumstances should you send items without prior contact as they will not be considered for return.


After contacting us and providing us with return details, you must send us the item properly packaged and in the conditions mentioned below, to our address:

Any return of items must comply with the following conditions:

a) Return of items in good condition (in salable condition), with original, undamaged packaging, without having been tried on and accompanied by the respective invoice. If the packaging is damaged and the items show obvious signs of use, we will not be able to accept a refund or credit the amount.

b) In the case of a promotional pack or gift set , both the outer carton/packaging and that of the products inside must be intact, without having been tried on and accompanied by the respective invoice. If the packaging is damaged and the items show obvious signs of use, we will not be able to accept a refund or credit the amount.

c) Returns of the following products are not accepted: Medicines, Food (including milk, porridge, jars, etc.), orthopedic items with specific measurements, compression stockings, lingerie and underwear, any other personalized item and others that do not belong and this group have been flagged at the time of purchase by any pharmacy operator.


When returning or crediting the amount, refunds or credits (for purchases in the online store) will be made for the partial value of the order (value of products, excluding shipping costs).


Shipping costs to our address are borne by the customer, except for customers affected by transport or technical issues with the product. In these cases, shipping costs will be covered by Healtsy.


The refund will only be made after the product arrives at our facilities and its condition has been checked and the conditions described above have been met.


If the products do not meet the aforementioned requirements for return, the detected non-conformities are communicated to the customer via email, with photographic support, within 24 hours of receipt at our facilities.


In the case of a partial return (one or more products in an order, but not making up the entire order), only the value corresponding to the product(s) to be returned will be refunded, with everything else being subject to the aforementioned conditions.
