What can I buy?

We sell all products usually available in pharmacies with the exception of non-prescription and prescription drugs: dermocosmetics and hygiene articles, food supplements, orthopedics, among others. If you can't find what you need, please contact us.

Is it mandatory to register on the site to make purchases?

No. You can make purchases without registering. We will only request the necessary data to process the purchase. However, when you register, you may have certain advantages such as checking your order history, saving favorite products and even receiving exclusive offers.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. When ordering you must indicate the destination of the delivery, so that shipping costs can be calculated. Any legal restrictions or customs costs on the entry of products into the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

How can I cancel an order?

You should cancel your order as soon as possible. In order to guarantee the cancellation, you should contact Customer Support to confirm that it has not yet been shipped. You can check the status of the order in your account where you have access to the history of all orders and their information. If the order has already been shippe, it will not be possible to consider the cancellation.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value.

What is the delivery time for orders?

Express: Fast shipping via DHL. Estimated delivery times are: Europe: 2 to 3 working days. Rest of the world: 3 to 8 working days.

Standard: Normal shipping. Estimated delivery times are: Europe: up to 5 working days. Rest of the world: up to 15 working days

If there is any impossibility to comply with the request, you will be contacted to find the best solution.

How can I be sure that you have received my order?

When you finish your order you will receive an automatic response notifying you that the order has been submitted. You will also receive an email for each update of the order status.

How do I know the amount I have to pay?

At the end of the purchase process the system informs the amount to be paid, including any discounts and shipping costs (if applicable).

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard Maestro or through Paypal. Payment instructions will be indicated in the checkout process.

Is my privacy guaranteed?

Our company belongs to a pharmacy located in the city of Guimarães, Portugal.

Do you deliver to the USA?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. When finalizing the order, you will have to indicate the complete shipping address.

Delivery time?

Delivery time depends on the chosen carrier .

DHL is much faster and safer and allows full tracking of the order . It takes about 3-4 business days

CTT has limited tracking and can take over a month

Shipping costs?

The shipping cost depends on the final weight of the order and the selected carrier  The value is calculated before finalizing the purchase.

Are there free shipping?

I can't order more than x units?

When the website does not allow you to add the desired quantity to the cart, it is because our physical stock, real at the time of purchase, does not allow immediate satisfaction of the order.
