The fulfillment of all orders placed on the website is subject to product availability. HEALTSY tries to ensure that all items on the website are in stock. Order confirmation or cancellation

Prices

Shipping fees are calculated per order, the exact price of the shipping fee will depend on the country and location where your order will be delivered and, eventually, on the total purchase price.
Prices are all broken down in Euros and any change in the country and place of delivery of the order may have an influence on prices, due to the applicable transport costs and conversion rates.

Manufacturer's Warranty - All products are guaranteed by the respective brands which, unless otherwise stated, is 2 years for private consumers and 1 year for legal persons. In case of defect, they must be sent for repair to the service centers authorized by the production company itself, following the modalities indicated in the original warranty card. Shipping and Delivery
Products ordered from HEALTSY will be shipped and delivered on weekdays, Monday through Friday.
We can only guarantee the good delivery of an order if the shipping address is well indicated by the "User".
A delivery is considered made or a product is considered delivered with signing the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs associated with your order will be invoiced per order, that is, if you order more than one item, you will pay only once the shipping costs.
Shipping fees are calculated per order, the exact price of the shipping fee will depend on the country and location where your order will be delivered and, eventually, on the total purchase price.
The "Buyer" must inspect the packaging and the products received in order to check for possible damage. If you find that the products are damaged, you should contact HEALTSY within a maximum of 24 hours via e-mail (info@healtsy.com) .
Delivery times
After your order is registered, the respective payment is confirmed and all the items in your order are available, “HEALTSY” commits itself to proceed with the shipment observing the following delivery terms:
Express: Fast shipping via DHL. Estimated delivery times are: Europe: 2 to 3 working days. Rest of the world: 3 to 8 working days.
Standard: Normal shipping via CTT. Estimated delivery times are: Europe: 5 to 8 working days. Rest of the world: 10 to 15 working days. No possibility to track
Any delay in shipment of items, given the estimated dates presented, does not give the customer any right to compensation.
Product Returns
If for any reason the order does not meet your expectations, you have the legally established right to terminate the contract within 14 days. To do this, you must send your products to our facilities.
The free resolution period expires after 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer or third party (with the exception of the carrier) indicated by the customer. In order to exercise the right of free termination of the contract, you can contact us through our email info@healtsy.com, via social networks (Facebook or Instagram), or any other means susceptible of proof, of your decision to resolve the present contract by an unambiguous statement. If you wish, you can use the attached form for resolution. To respect the term for the free termination of the contract, simply send your communication before the period of termination of the contract expires.
After informing HEALTSY that you intend to exercise your right of free contract termination, you will be given the instructions to proceed with the return of the product. In no case send items without prior contact as they will not be considered for return. When proceeding with the return or credit of the value, refunds or credits (for purchases in the online store) will be made by the total amount paid for the products, excluding shipping cost. The shipping costs to our address are borne by the customer, except for customers injured by transportation or technical problems with the product. In these cases, shipping costs will be borne by HEALTSY. The return will only be made after the product arrives at our facilities and the status check and compliance with the conditions described above has been carried out. This check is carried out as soon as the products arrive at our facilities and the amount is returned within 48 hours (working days). If the products do not meet the above requirements for return, the detected non-conformities are communicated to the customer via email, with photographic support, within 24 hours after receipt of the same at our facilities.
In the case of a partial return (one or more products of an order, but which does not complete the entire order), only the amount corresponding to the product (s) to be returned will be returned, and in everything else apply the above conditions.

Order Cancellation
Before shipment, the "Buyer" may cancel the order. If the “User” places an order and wants to cancel, he must, at first, check the status of the order through the menu “My account”, located in the upper right corner of the main page of the website, then clicking on “Order history” and if the status of the respective order mentions “Pending” or “Paid”, then there is a possibility that it may still be canceled. For this, the “User” must contact our Customer Service through our email info@healtsy.com, via social networks (Facebook or Instagram) or any other means susceptible of proof and ask for the cancellation of your order.
If the cancellation order is successful, the customer will be notified by email of this decision and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the customer. If the order has already been paid, the refund of the amount paid will be returned within 48 hours (working days).
If the cancellation request is not possible because the order has already been shipped, the products will be sent to the “Buyer”, who, if he maintains his intention to cancel the order, must return it under the conditions referred to in article 18 of this document.
Upon confirmation of return and receipt of the product at HEALTSY headquarters, the chargeback (refund) will be processed within 48 hours (working days).
Conditions applicable to Promotional Codes
When used according to the established rules, a promotion code or discount coupon enables the user to enjoy a promotion / discount related to the purchase of a specific product or for a set of products, during the period indicated / associated with the code or promotional campaign.
Promotional codes are personal and non-transferable and can only be used for online purchases made on the website. The sale, exchange or donation of a promotional code is not permitted.
