OPTIFIBRE Flora is a unique combination of 100% soluble fiber of plant origin and the probiotic Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG. The 100% vegetable fiber (Guar Gum Partially Hydrolyzed) helps to reduce the time of diarrhea, reducing the frequency of defecation and increasing the consistency of the stool. The probiotic Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG helps to increase the number of beneficial bacteria in the intestine such as Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria and therefore helps to restore the intestinal flora in the long term. It has no flavor, texture, or smell, so it is very easy to include it in the daily routine, adding to liquids or foods (yoghurt, dessert…). It is a food for specific medicinal purposes for the nutritional management of patients with functional colon disorders, namely absorption and excretion of nutrients in diarrhea. Important: use under medical supervision. Not suitable as a sole food source.

Recommended dose: Adults: Take 1 sachet a day (you can take up to 5 sachets a day, see more information see package leaflet).
