EASY TO INSERT: 1. Wash your hands. Rotate the cap housing and remove it. 2. Pull the removal wire. Insert the tampon facing up into the vagina. If you feel resistance, try changing the direction of the body/tampon. 3. When the tampon is correctly positioned, you won't feel it. If you still feel the tampon, insert it a little deeper. The wire must remain visible after insertion. Wash the hands. EASY TO REMOVE: 1. Wash your hands. Pull the removal wire. 2. If the plug is difficult to remove, it is probably not yet saturated. In this case, you should consider using a tampon with lower absorbency next time. 3. If you can't find the removal thread, get into a squatting position, press down and grab the plug with two fingers. 4. If you are unable to remove the tampon yourself, contact a gynecologist.
