Screw the bottle onto the connector. Insert the protruding rod of the handle into the opening at the top of the connector. Push in until the rod snaps into place. Clean the breast with a warm cloth (do not use alcohol). Place the funnel over the breast so that the nipple is properly centered in the tunnel. Hold the funnel against your breast with the help of your thumb and forefinger. Support the breast with the palm of your hand. Start the extraction process with stimulation: press the smallest part of the handle. This is the part that has drops of milk on top. Press and release the handle quickly, making rhythmic movements, until the milk starts to flow
