1st use and between periods Boil Lunette in plenty of water for 2-5 minutes. Always wash your hands well when putting on and/or removing it. You can wet or use a water-based lubricant to ease placement. Shape and Place: Flatten and fold. Squeeze it firmly with the opening facing up and guide it into the vagina until you find the correct position. The Lunette is held by a vacuum, and by the vaginal muscles. Remove: Gently pull the tab until it reaches the base. Then squeeze the base to release the vacuum and slowly pull the Lunette until it is completely removed. Use your vaginal muscles to help. Wash: Pour contents down the toilet and wash thoroughly using hot or cold water. You can use Lunette Cleaner for deeper cleaning. Outside the home, clean it with Lunette disinfectant wipes, toilet paper, alcohol-gel, or even water that you take in a bottle. Once clean, reinsert it, repeating the previous process.
