Start by cleaning and disinfecting the affected area, make sure that the area is completely dry to ensure good adhesion. Apply the dressing by placing the center of the foam ring over the callus, press lightly. You must replace the dressing after 2 days. After 2 days you should remove the callus, already softened, with salt or soap in a hot bath
