Wrap approximately 40 cm of thread in the middle fingers, leaving about 5 cm for the teeth. Hold the wire stretched between your thumbs and index fingers by gently sliding it up and down the spaces between your teeth. To remove the wire from each space, make gentle back and forth movements without ever pushing against the gum. Use clean sections of dental floss when changing teeth. Repeat the process for all teeth.
