Clean and dry the skin before use, ensuring the blister area is free of creams and oils. Remove the paper from the bottom, avoiding touching the sticky area. Apply the dressing firmly over the blister, ensuring the edges adhere properly. Leave the dressing on until it starts to come off (note: it can stay on for days). To remove the dressing: do not pull up; instead, slowly pull it parallel to the skin.
