However, the microbiota is regularly weakened or even deteriorated and needs to be rebalanced. The capsules also contain a yeast, Saccharomyces boulardii, which helps rebuild the microbiota. Its formula combines 2 microencapsulated microbial strains (10 billion) and a specific yeast Saccharomyces boulardii (2 billion) that work together.
