Press and rub outward on the edges of the nasal patch so that it adheres completely.

Press and hold for 30 seconds.

The nasal patch is positioned correctly if the rounded tab is in the center of your nasal septum. The flexible part of the nasal patch should be just above your nostrils.

How to remove: Wet the nasal patch with warm water.

Gently lift both ends and remove slowly to reduce the risk of injury. Discard the used nasal patch.
