Shipping costs associated with your order will be invoiced per order, that is, if you order more than one item, you will pay only once the shipping costs.

Shipping fees are calculated per order at checkout only, the exact price of the shipping fee will depend on the country and location where your order will be delivered, weight and, eventually, on the total purchase price.

We have considered some products like overweight products, like baby and children milk, baby and adult diapers, and others that our sales teams can identify as a overweight product.

The "Buyer" must inspect the packaging and the products received in order to check for possible damage. If you find that the products are damaged, you should contact HEALTSY within a maximum of 24 hours via e-mail (info@healtsy.com) or via the helpline.

Delivery times

After your order is registered, the respective payment is confirmed and all the items in your order are available, “HEALTSY” commits itself to proceed with the shipment observing the following delivery terms:

Express Shipping: Fast shipping via DHL. 

  • Estimated delivery times are:
    • Europe: 2 to 3 working days.
    • Rest of the world: 3 to 8 working days.
  • This carrier allows full tracking of the order

 

Standard Shipping: Made via CTT our national courier. 

  • Estimated delivery times are:
    • Europe: up to 5 working days.
    • Rest of the world: up to 15 working days. No possibility to track
  • Notes:
    1. Deliveries are made from 9am to 6pm on weekdays. Someone must be at the address indicated to receive the order. This service does not include scheduling or booking options, meaning delivery of the order will be made without prior contact from the carrier. 
    2. With this carrier there is no possibility of tracking

Any delay in shipment of items, given the estimated dates presented, does not give the customer any right to compensation.

 

Process:

Products ordered from HEALTSY will be shipped and delivered on weekdays, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m till 5 p.m..

We can only guarantee the good delivery of an order if the shipping address is well indicated by the "User". A delivery is considered made or a product is considered delivered with signing the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

 

NOTE ABOUT DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times may change depending on the time of year. The dates shown are merely indicative. Any delay in the dispatch of items, given the estimated dates presented, which are merely indicative, does not entitle the Customer to any compensation.

 

Product Returns

If for any reason the order does not meet your expectations, you have the legally established right to terminate the contract within 14 days. To do this, you must send your products to our facilities.

The resolution period expires after 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer or third party (with the exception of the carrier) indicated by the customer. In order to exercise the right of free termination of the contract, you can contact us through our email info@healtsy.com, via social networks (Facebook or Instagram), Website chat or Whatsapp message, or any other means susceptible of proof, of your decision to resolve the present contract by an unambiguous statement. If you wish, you can use the attached form for resolution. To respect the term for the free termination of the contract, simply send your communication before the period of termination of the contract expires.

After informing Healtsy that you intend to exercise your right of free contract termination, you will be given the instructions to proceed with the return of the product. In case you send items without prior contact as they will not be considered for return. After contacting us and providing you with the return coordinates, you must send us the item properly packed and in the conditions mentioned below, to our address: Healtsy Lda. Rua do Salgueiral, 292D 4835-101 Guimarães - Portugal.


Any return of products must respect the following conditions: 

  1. Restitution of products in good condition (in sales conditions), with original tamper-proof packaging, without damage, without having been tried and accompanied by the respective invoice. If the packaging is damaged and the products have obvious marks of use, we will not be able to accept the return.
  2. In the case of a promotional pack or coffret, both the outer carton / packaging and that of the products inside must be intact, without having been tried and accompanied by the respective invoice. If the packaging is damaged and the products have evident marks of use, we will not be able to accept the return.
  3. Returns of the following products are not accepted: Medicines, Food (including milks, porridge, etc.), orthopedic articles with specific measures, compression stockings and any other items that, even if not on this list, have been flagged by our sales support team.

 

Returns Refunds

When proceeding with the return or credit of the value, refunds or credits (for purchases in the online store) will be made by the total amount paid for the products, excluding shipping cost.


Returns - Shipping Costs

The shipping costs to our address are borne by the customer, except for customers injured by transportation or technical problem of the product. In these cases, shipping costs will be borne by Healtsy.


Returns - Process

The return will only be made after the product arrives at our facilities and the status check and compliance with the conditions described above has been carried out. This check is carried out as soon as the products arrive at our facilities and the amount is returned within 48 hours (working days). If the products do not meet the above requirements for return, the detected non-conformities are communicated to the customer via e-mail, with photographic support, within 24 hours after receipt of the same at our facilities.


Partial Returns

In the case of a partial return (one or more products of an order, but which does not complete the entire order), only the amount corresponding to the product (s) to be returned will be returned, and in everything else apply the above conditions.

 


Product exchange

If for any reason any product does not meet your expectations, you can exchange it within 14 days after receipt of the order by the customer or third party (with the exception of the carrier) indicated by the customer. To do this, you must send your products to our facilities.

To make your exchange, you can contact us via our email info@healtsy.com, via social networks (Facebook or Instagram), Website chat or Whatsapp messages, or any other means susceptible of proof, of your decision by an unambiguous statement. You should specify the item you want to exchange, the number of the order, your email and name.

After contact informing that you want to exchange the product, you will be given the instructions to proceed with the process. In no case send the article without prior contact as it will not be considered for exchange. After contacting us and providing you with the coordinates for the exchange, you must send us the item properly packed and in the conditions mentioned below, to our address: Healtsy Lda. Exchange - Shipping Costs

In case you want to exchange a product, both the shipping costs to our address and the amount that corresponds to the shipping costs of the new product are borne by the customer, except for those who were injured by the transportation or technical problem of the product. In these cases, the expenses will be borne by Healtsy.


Exchange - Process

The exchange will only be made after the product arrives at our facilities, the condition has been verified and the conditions described above have been checked and the amount corresponding to the shipping costs of the new product has been paid. This check is carried out as soon as the product arrives at our facilities. If the product does not meet the above requirements for the exchange, the detected non-conformities are communicated to the customer via e-mail, with photographic support, within 24 hours after receipt of the same at our facilities.



Order Cancellation

Before shipment, the "Buyer" may cancel the order. If the “User” places an order and wants to cancel, he must, at first, check the status of the order through the menu “My account”, located in the upper right corner of the main page of the website, then clicking on “Order history” and if the status of the respective order mentions “Pending” or “Paid”, then there is a possibility that it may still be canceled. For this, the “User” must contact our Customer Service through our email info@healtsy.com, via social networks (Facebook or Instagram), Website chat or Whatsapp message, or any other means susceptible of proof and ask for the cancellation of your order.

If the cancellation order is successful, the customer will be notified by email of this decision and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the customer. If the order has already been paid, the refund of the amount paid will be returned within 48 hours (working days).

If the cancellation request is not possible because the order has already been shipped, the products will be sent to the “Buyer”, who, if he maintains his intention to cancel the order, must return it under the conditions referred to Returns policy of this document. Upon confirmation of return and receipt of the product at Healtsy headquarters, the chargeback (refund) will be processed within 48 hours (working days).
