Food supplementation with prebiotics / probiotics (symbiotic action) and vitamins is effective in restoring the intestinal flora in situations where it is in imbalance resulting from: unbalanced diets, diarrhea and antibiotic treatments.

The intestinal flora can be strengthened by taking probiotics and prebiotics. The combination of the two results in a synbiotic, as is the case with Zir-Fos®.

Zir-Fos® is a synbiotic consisting of a probiotic (Bifidobacterium longum BB 536) and a prebiotic (fructo-oligosaccharides), in addition to B vitamins, available in single-dose sachets.

  Take 1 sachet per day, diluted in water or milk. Take preferably between meals.
