Take 1 tablet a day, during or after one of the main meals, dissolved in a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. VitaCê should not be used continuously for more than 4 weeks. Its use can, however, be resumed whenever necessary, provided there is a rest period of two to three weeks.
