Can be used with or without applicator.For symptoms at the entrance of the vagina and the external genital area, you should apply the cream and spread it with a clean finger, applying a layer of cream about 0.5 cm long.If you use the applicator, you can apply a small amount of cream to the entrance area of the vagina, to facilitate its insertion.Fill the applicator halfway (about 2.5 g of cream).The insertion of the applicator into the vagina can be done lying down (on your back) or standing up (as when inserting a tampon).You must carefully insert the applicator as deeply as possible into the vagina and the plunger of the applicator must be pressed until its contents are empty in the vagina.The application should be done daily, preferably at night before bedtime (if necessary, use a daily sanitary napkin).
