Tonosol Vitality is an orange flavored multivitamin.In its composition it presents:Vitamin A which contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.Vitamin B8 (Biotin) which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to a normal psychological function.Vitamin B12 which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.Zinc which contributes to normal cognitive function and the maintenance of normal vision.Vitamin D that contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function. The recommended dosage is as follows:From 3 to 6 years – 1 teaspoon (5ml), 1 time per day. From 6 years old – 1 dessert spoon (10ml), 1 time a day.
