Adults: 4-5 times a day for up to 30 days or as directed by the physician. Children: 2-3 times a day for up to 30 days or as recommended by the physician. Wash hands thoroughly before application. Squeeze about 1 cm of gel onto your finger and gently insert it into the nostril. Gently massage the nostril from the outside to distribute the product evenly. It can be applied frequently and for long periods.
