ThermaCare® are therapeutic Thermal Bands, designed to relieve muscle and joint pain associated with: Fatigue and muscle tension Excessive effort, strains and sprains Arthritis ThermaCare® is made up of a band of soft and comfortable material, with thermal cells that use natural ingredients (iron, charcoal, salt and water), which heat up when they come into contact with oxygen. ThermaCare® is available in two presentations, for greater comfort: For Pain in the Lumbar and Hip Region For Pain in the Neck, Shoulders and Wrists

1. Do not open the sachet to avoid using ThermaCare®. ThermaCare® can take up to 30 minutes to reach the required therapeutic temperature.

2/3. Place a band over the area to be treated, with the darker side of the thermal cells facing the skin and adjust the band by closing it at the front. If you are 55 years of age or older, use ThermaCare® over a layer of clothing and not directly on your skin.

4. For greater effectiveness, we recommend that you use ThermaCare® for 8 hours.
