 Dr Scholl Blister Dressings provide advanced blister protection thanks to revolutionary double-layer Hydra-Guard™ technology: 1. Check that the skin is clean, dry and free from creams or oils. Step 1: Remove film nº1 and place the dressing with the adhesive side down centered on top of the blister; Step 2: Remove film nº2 using the blue tab and carefully apply the adhesive part of the dressing to the skin. The dressing must remain in place until it comes off naturally. To remove it, gently stretch the dressing towards the skin.
