Rhinomer Plus Nasal Spray Strength 1 is indicated for all cases of nasal and sinus congestion, e.g. rhinitis (infectious or allergic), sinusitis; for flu and common cold.

• Relieves nasal congestion, through the natural mechanism of osmosis, reducing swelling of the nasal mucosa. 
• Cleans the nasal cavities of accumulated mucus, viruses, bacteria, pollutants, contaminants and allergens. 
• Applicator suitable for babies over 1 month old. 
• Helps prevent secondary ENT (ear-nose-throat) infections such as otitis. 
• Hydrates the nasal mucosa and relieves nasal dryness. 
• It can enhance the effectiveness of medicated decongestants and reduce their use. 
• Recommended in:  Babies and Adults: +1 month of age: 1-3 sprays into each nostril, once a day. +6 months of age: 1-2 sprays in each nostril, 2-3 times a day.

Tilt your head to one side. Carefully insert the applicator into the upper nostril and press firmly for 1 to 2 seconds. Leave the solution to act for a few seconds. Repeat the operation in the other nostril. For adults and children aged 6 and over: blow your nose. Wash the applicator with warm water after each use and dry thoroughly.
