Place the contents of one sachet in 250ml of clean, warm water (35-39ºC). Shake to dissolve salts. Irrigation following the instructions for use of the system used. It is especially recommended for RhinoDouche Junior and Grossan Hidropulse. The liquid enters through one nasal orifice and exits through the other, dragging secretions, allergens, crusts, bacteria, etc...
