Start by applying your usual daily care. Then, generously apply sunscreen to your face, 30 minutes before exposing yourself to the sun, performing a light massage. It is very important to reapply the sunscreen frequently, at least every two hours, during prolonged sun exposure, or after sweating, swimming and/or drying yourself with a towel.
