A highly concentrated pre-mask (primer) treatment from Olaplex that aims to intensify hair repair at the molecular level. When used as part of a system with No. 3 and No. 4, it provides up to ~68% more repair in a single use. It rebuilds the hair's disulfide bonds (responsible for strength and structure) and helps reduce breakage and increase strand integrity.

Ideal for those with hair damaged by coloring, bleaching, chemical treatments, excessive heat, or environmental aggressors.

Uses Olaplex's patented Bond Building Technology.

Free of sulfates, silicones, phthalates, phosphates, and parabens. Suitable for color-treated hair.

Example ingredients: Water/Aqua/Eau, Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate (the patented active ingredient), Sodium Benzoate, Phenoxyethanol.

Apply to dry hair, from roots to ends, distributing evenly.

Leave on for 10 minutes and do not rinse at this stage.

Then apply a complementary treatment (such as No. 3 Hair Perfector) and follow with shampoo, conditioner, etc.

Recommended use: once a week, or 2-3 times a week for very damaged hair.
