Before sun exposure, apply a generous amount of the product.

Face: spray the product into your hands, warm it up and then apply to your face, avoiding the eye area.

Body: spray the product directly onto your body and then spread it around. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming or towelling off. If you do not apply enough product, the level of sun protection will be considerably reduced.
