Place the silicone membrane on the shell. Make sure it fits all the way around. Place the Nipple Shaper inside the bra with the opening of the silicone membrane centered over the nipple. The ventilation holes in the shell must face upwards. It is recommended to wear a breastfeeding bra as they are larger and the Nipple Trainer will fit more comfortably.
