The Magnesio Supremo Powder 300g is a dietary supplement providing magnesium citrate in an organic, highly soluble form with rapid absorption. Each package contains 300g of powder, equivalent to 120 doses of 1 teaspoon per day. Suitable for vegans, gluten-free, lactose-free, sugar-free, non-GMO, and allergen-free. The original formula consists of magnesium carbonate from marine origin and citric acid from plant origin.

Adults: 1 to 2 teaspoons per day (maximum of 430 mg magnesium/day).

Teens (11–14 years): 1 teaspoon per day.

Children (3–11 years): ½ teaspoon per day.

Dissolve the powder in 200 ml of water. Wait until the solution becomes clear. The powder dissolves more quickly in warm water.

Precautions
If a laxative effect occurs, reduce to ½ teaspoon per day and take at night. In case of gastric sensitivity, take during meals and reduce the amount. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult a healthcare professional before starting the supplement.
