Wash your hands and place the baby in a comfortable position. Insert a refill into the central body of the vacuum. Place the aspirator in the baby's nostril and the mouthpiece in his mouth. Gently inhale through the suction nozzle until the nostril is completely clean and unobstructed (the quantity and density of air is controlled by you). Repeat the operation in the other nostril. Remove the used refill. For reasons of hygiene and to avoid the proliferation of bacteria, it is advisable to use a refill each time. Wash the vacuum cleaner with hot water.
