L Mesitran Soft Gel Wounds - 50g

L-Mesitran Soft Gel contains 40% clinical grade honey, clinical grade hypoallergenic lanolin (Medilan®), vitamin C and E. It is a hydroactive formula, when it comes into contact with wounds, fluids are drained from the surrounding tissues, creating a moist environment favorable to wound healing. Contains important antimicrobial properties for healing. It is suitable for sensitive people, in cases of chronic wounds, pressure ulcers, venous stasis ulcers, oncological wounds, acute infected wounds, surgical, traumatic and laser wounds and burns (1st and 2nd degree). There are no known contraindications. Patients with hypersensitivity to any component should not use the product.

Apply directly to clean wound or burn, in a thin layer. Dress with a non-woven swab. You can change the dressing once a day or every 2-3 days. Once opened, the package must be used within a period of three months.
