L-Mesitran Soft Gel Wounds cleans the wound and improves healing, being more suitable for people with greater sensitivity to pain than L-Mesitran Gel due to its lower honey content. With 40% clinical grade honey, indicated for the treatment of wounds and burns, which promotes faster healing and reduces the size of the scar. It is indicated for pressure ulcers, diabetic foot, 1st and 2nd degree burns. It can also be used on postoperative and oncological wounds. It gradually dilutes and is easily removed during wound cleaning. Does not adhere to the wound

Apply directly to clean wound or burn, in a thin layer. Dress with a non-woven swab. You can change the dressing once a day or every 2-3 days.
