The Kneipp Complete Sleep mini bi-layer tablet, thanks to its immediate-release first layer containing melatonin, helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

The prolonged-release second layer contains passionflower extracts, valerian, which helps maintain natural sleep, lemon balm, which contributes to optimal relaxation, vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and zinc.
