Hansaplast Elastic Extra Flexible is a dressing intended for the care and protection of small wounds, preventing them from becoming infected or worsening by covering them during the healing process. Thanks to its design, it blocks up to 99% of bacteria, which are responsible for most obstacles and hindrances in the recovery process of a small wound, guaranteeing perfect healing. Made from a breathable fabric material with great elasticity and flexibility, it adapts perfectly to the movements of the skin, thanks to the fact that it can stretch as necessary.

Even though it is made of a flexible material, it has great adherence to prevent it from moving, managing to stay fixed in place without problems, as well as being very resistant to humidity and water. It comes in a continuous strip format which you can cut to the size of your needs.

First of all, you need to clean and disinfect the wound thoroughly. Cut the continuous strip to the length you need. Then, place it over the wound, covering it completely. You should change the dressing regularly until healing is complete.
