• Unfold the band and place it on the bed, place the soft side facing up with the label up on the opposite side. Lie down and place the band under your back. Grasp the wide band and spread it over the tummy or surgical dressing.
• Breathe out fully and, with your right hand, pull the right side of the band securing it to the other side. It must be snug, yet comfortable. Straighten the band if necessary to remove any wrinkles.
Care and washing instructions:
• Close the hook before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water.
• Rinse well and air dry.
