Use a pea-sized amount with adult supervision while brushing to minimize the risk of ingestion. Apply to dry toothbrush. Use it daily, 3 times a day, to brush your teeth after each meal. A good brushing should take 2 to 3 minutes. For correct oral hygiene, it is recommended to change the toothbrush every 3 months.
