Fitos Plants Lemon Balm Tea - 40g

Indicated with sedative and analgesic. Promotes relief from nervousness and increases sleep time. Without medical supervision, avoid use in pregnant women, infants and breastfeeding mothers.

Preparation: for each cup to be prepared, add a tablespoon of Fitos tea and add boiling water. Leave to infuse for a few minutes, stirring once or twice. Strain. Serve hot or cool with ice. Taking it should be repeated 3 to 4 times a day, between meals.
