Farline Melatonin Drops - 30ml

Food supplement based on melatonin, helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep (beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 1 mg of melatonin just before going to sleep) and relief from the subjective feeling of jet lag (beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg which should be taken shortly before going to sleep on the first day of travel and a few days after arriving at the destination). It comes with a dosing pipette that allows you to modulate the dose for a tailored treatment. Melatonin Drops 30ml by Farline is indicated for children aged 3 and over.

4 drops = 0.2 ml = 1 mg of melatonin are recommended 30 minutes before going to sleep directly into the mouth.
