Soy Isoflavones promote the well-being and quality of life of menopausal women, helping them to better tolerate the unpleasant manifestations that occur at this stage of their life. Hops promote comfort and well-being during menopause, helping women tolerate hot flashes, night sweats, agitation and irritability. It also provides a calming effect on the central nervous system, promoting peaceful sleep. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Melatonin helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep.
