Before: To optimize its effectiveness, it should be used 2 weeks before sun exposure, morning and night.

During: Apply the night before and 20 minutes before sun exposure.

After: Apply daily, morning and/or night, to prolong the tan. It does not constitute sun protection in case of direct sun exposure and should be combined with another sun care product.
