Eno Digestivo is powdered fruit salt, intended for the preparation of an effervescent drink that facilitates digestion providing a feeling of lightness with the pleasure of eating. It is fast because it is effervescent, acting on stomach acid in seconds.

The recommended daily dose of Eno is 1 to 2 sachets per day. To prepare the effervescent drink you must dissolve a sachet in 200 ml of water and wait for the fruit salts to dissolve and ingest the drink. Take the second dose at least 2 to 3 hours apart from the first. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the constituents of the supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (2 sachets)
