Oral use.Shake before use.Children from 2 to 5 years: 1 teaspoon (5 ml), 1 time a day without meals.Children from 6 to 12 years old: 1 teaspoon (5 ml), 2 times a day outside meals.Adults and adolescents from 12 years old: 2 teaspoons (10 ml), 2 times a day outside meals. Note: It is recommended to respect a minimum interval of 4 hours between doses.
